stylish and situated on the best part
of Jade Beach with white powder sand,
aquamarine water and fabulous views. It’s
a walled estate and very very private
with no neighbors nearby.
Jade Moon is composed of 3 villas. Two
villas are side by side each with three
bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living
room, laundry room and an outdoor covered
patio with table and chairs for dining
in the ocean breeze - they are delightfully
named "Ruby Moon" (on the north side)
and “Emerald Moon” (on the south side).
The third villa is the 1 bedroom Pearl
Moon Guesthouse located just behind the
pool.
The 3 bedroom villas are mirror images
of each other with identical bedding.
The master bedrooms each have a sea view,
a king sized bed, and a bathroom with
tub and shower. The guest bedrooms each
have a pool view, a king sized bed, 2
twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
The downstairs bedrooms each have a pool
view, a king sized bed, and bathroom with
tub and shower.
The roof of each 3 bedroom villa has
an open palapa party room w/ built in
couches - it’s a perfect spot for a massage!
Just make an appointment with Lorinda
and she’ll see to it you have a massage
to remember with the sound of waves lapping
in your ears.......this is TOTAL relaxation.
There’s also an uncovered area for rooftop
sunbathing.
Each 3 bedroom villa holds a maximum
of 6 guests.
The 1 bedroom Pearl Moon Villa's bedroom
has a pool view and a king sized bed.
From the living room you can enjoy a view
of the sea. This villa accommodates a
maximum of 2 guests.
The swimming pool is a huge 20’ X 40’,
5 feet deep, and has a large deck area
around it with lounge chairs and also
a beautiful garden area. A fabulous large
palapa is next to the pool with table
and chairs underneath ........ you can
throw some hamburgers or steaks on the
grill for some truly fantastic outdoor
dining. You might even want to grill the
fresh fish you caught that morning!
A two story guesthouse is behind the
pool with a one bedroom apartment upstairs
that has an ocean view and can be rented
as “Pearl Moon”. Downstairs lives an adorable
Mayan couple, Rosalia and Damaceno, who
will take care of all of your needs. If
you would like a fine Mexican dinner prepared
for you in the villa - no problem! The
villas can be rented separately or together
for your vacation on the Riviera Maya...it’s
an absolute paradise.
