Right on Aventuras Akumal beach, this small vacation condominium rental complex offers flexibility to suit a group of any size. There are 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units in this complex as well as standard rooms. On the Condos Derosa grounds you will also find a swimming pool and Aquatech Divers, our recommended dive shop for sea and cavern diving in Akumal. If you desire, we'll gladly help with your dive arrangements in Akumal. Dive boats leave right from your beach! You can either dine on the rooftop restaurant, La Terraza, or have the meals delivered to your apartment. Condos Derosa is near Casa Sombra, an especially lovely home that can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Each of the units in Aventuras Akumal has an outdoor terrace, sunken living room, and dining room. Each full kitchen includes coffee-maker, toaster and microwave. The living room has 2 sofas that can convert into single beds.

The master bedrooms in all the units have 2 twin beds that can be made up as a king and its own bathroom. The other bedrooms also have 2 twins which can be made up as kings, as well as private baths. The other bedrooms are accessible through the master bedroom or, via their own outside door. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Maximum occupancy is 6 in the 2 bedroom, 4 in the 1 bedroom, and 2 in the room. There is an extra guest charge if you have more than 2 guests per bedroom. See rates below. In the units there is a TV showing CNN in the morning, cartoons in the day, and HBO or similar service offering a movie in the evening.

The hotel rooms have 2 twin beds, private bath and small refrigerator. Located behind the condo units, they can be used as a 3rd or 4th bedroom if required. They do not have a seaview or TV.
