Casa Sombra is a lovely 3 BR/3BA vacation rental villa (with Casita 4 BR/4 BA) house is located on the sandy beaches of Aventuras Akumal only 2 doors north of Condos Derosa and right next door to & south of Casa Caribe. All rooms in the house have ceiling fans.

All 3 bedrooms in the main house have views of the sea. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. On the upper floor are the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is air-conditioned. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and also has air conditioning. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor. It also holds 2 twin beds. The beds in the 3rd bedroom can be joined to make a king-sized bed.

On the ground floor is the living room, fully furnished kitchen, and dining room. The main house accommodates up to 8 guests. However, for more than 6 guests there is for each extra guest a surcharge of 10%.

The Casita (Spanish for little house) is in front of the main house and does not have a sea view. This 1 BR home is air-conditioned and has its own kitchen. It accommodates up to 4 guests.

Casa Sombra also offers a meal plan. It is an excellent value and gives you the opportunity to enjoy homestyle Mexican food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not included.
