Casa San Francisco is located on the ocean in South Akumal Bay with other luxury villas as neighbors. Restaurants and shopping are available just two miles away in Akumal. The snorkeling and swimming is fabulous and the tranquility is beyond compare.

The main villa has three large beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and there is also also a two story guesthouse with another bedroom and two baths. The guesthouse is air-conditioned, but the main villa is not. There are high ceilings and ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool and totally refreshed ……not to mention the swimming pool for a cool relaxing dip!

The villa also has a studio/TV room with a futon, a beautiful living room, two colonial style domed brick ceilings, incredible hand painted Talavera tile in all of the bathrooms, a charming dining room, fully equipped kitchen and an observatory on the roof to enjoy sunrise, sunset or stargazing.

The guest house has 1 queen sized bed upstairs and a twin futon downstairs. It has 2 bathrooms.

The many balconies, terraces, a fountain, blooming flowers and swaying palms all lend a truly Spanish “hacienda on the ocean” feeling to San Francisco.
