*There is also a $500.00 security deposit required with the balance payment when renting this villa. Each villa is limited to the number of persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of the rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit. Parties, dinners, or "get togethers" will also result in a forfeit of the security deposit unless prior permission has been granted.

Casa Redondo is located in North Akumal right on the Caribbean sea. It's a uniquely designed contemporary villa in a secluded location with lush vegetation and floor to ceiling windows on both the ocean and jungle sides.

The views of the Caribbean are incredible and the natural air flow through the villa is delightful. Casa Redondo's name means "Round House" and it comes from the half round design of the roof. The villa's open floor plan makes it wonderful for entertaining. It has a huge black marble wet bar and a fabulous stereo system.

Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have spectacular sea views. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

For outdoor relaxation you'll enjoy the large patios on both sides of the villa as well as the swimming pool and deck areas. Casa Redondo has 2,500 square feet of living space with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has central air conditioning and gorgeous furnishings. You have to see it to believe it - this house is dynamite!!

While the house is located on the sea, the coastline there is rocky. Fortunately, the sandy beach at Half Moon Bay is only a 3 minute walk away.
