use our toll-free telephone number (Valid
for the USA and Canada). That number is
800-833-5971. If you are calling from
outside the USA or Canada call 561-488-8938.
Or you can fax us at 561-48-9385. (Our
office is located in Boca Raton, Florida
and is on Eastern time). This way, we
can best determine the needs of your group
and attempt to accommodate you accordingly.
If you are faxing from abroad, please
give us your e-mail address. Please be
as specific as possible. If you want to
make a reservation by fax or e-mail, please
include your address and phone numbers
and e-mail. We regret that we can't accept
reservations without phone numbers. If
you are calling from outside of the United
States and Canada and leave a message,
please give us an e-mail address. This
is the only way we reply to such inquiries,
unless you are willing to accept a collect
call from us.
If you want to just inquire about availability
or for any other information fill the

Also, please be aware that a reservation
is not valid until we have explicitly
confirmed it with you. So do not send
payment until you have received a confirmation
of your reservation from us.
Once you have received your confirmation,
please make your check, money order, or
similar financial instrument payable to
AT HOME IN COZUMEL. You can also electronically
wire payments directly to our bank account.
Currently, we do not accept credit cards.
The deposit payment should be for 50%
of the total amount including Mexico's
value added tax. Which currently means
a 12% additional charge. The balance is
due 75 days in advance. Please be advised
that payments are not refundable. We strongly
advise you to purchase travel insurance
which can protect you from many of the
eventualities that may necessitate your
cancellation
